"Amazing Job! I am so happy that I hired NW Shine to clean my roof, skylights, and gutters. They also treated my roof for moss. I had multiple quotes and proposals with which I was not comfortable. One company was going to pressure wash my roof. I knew that was not good. One company was very expensive. NW Shine scrubbed the roof at a reasonable price. Keep up the good work! I will hire NW Shine again and again.

"Excellent Service and Excellent Customer Care. I have tons of HUGE windows and I am hard to schedule. Mike was always willing to work around my schedule, even fitting me in before a big party. His work is very professional and the windows ended up looking perfect. First time he came over, my windows had not been clean forever and he had to dedicate extra work to get them back to life. He is very diligent, friendly and I even left my house open for him to finish his work. I trust him 100%.

"The two man crew showed up on time on the date that was pre-scheduled. They listened to my additional instructions especially on accessing a section of gutter that was attached to the extension of a patio roof cover. After discussing the job thoroughly, they got to work right away. This job was performed after a recent ice storm so they had to clear out some ice chunks to get to the debris in the gutters. They worked for about two hours and did a wonderful job despite it being a very cold, windy day. I was impressed with their professionalism and willingness to listen to any concerns or questions that I had regarding the job. They didn't make me feel rushed at all and made sure to let me know when the job was complete. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to my friends.

"My appointment was set for 9:00 am. At 8:40 am Henry called to let me know he was stuck in traffic on 205. He showed up at 9:15. At this point I would like to comment that I never expected him to be here right at 9:00 am as I know these are estimates...but it was so thoughtful that he took the time to call me. He did the inside windows first and was so careful with my belongings. He put a sheet down in the area he was working in. He carefully opened all my blinds and moved valances out of the way. He cleaned the windows and the frames and the screens. He was so professional and clean. I will use this company again...but I will always ask for Henry! It is so nice to have such clean shiny windows!
